Background: Richard qualified as a solicitor in Ireland in 1985 and was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1992. Richard is one of the founding partners of the firm and specialises in property finance having acted for banks and short term bridging lenders for over 25 years. He brings a wealth of experience and has built a reputation for being commercially minded, pragmatic and meticulous.
Background: LLB (Hons) Law Degree and LPC Graduate with extensive experience in bridging and development finance together with conveyancing. 1 year PQE with prior experience as a trainee solicitor and paralegal. My main focus is development and bridging finance which covers a vast multitude of issues and complexities depending on the type of loan and lender but always working to provide the client with the assurance and control that a secured lender needs. I qualified as a solicitor on 1st November 2019.
I am a Property Solicitor who qualified on 3rd November 2014 and have over ten years of experience and knowledge in all aspects of property law. I am experienced in dealing with a wide range of commercial, residential, and secured lending matters. I work with reputable lenders and High Net worth clients in relation to residential, commercial and development loans. I have a wide range of experience working alongside fellow colleagues in the legal profession, financial intermediaries, underwriters and credit managers.
I understand that the conveyancing process can be overwhelming for some clients and understand the stress and anxiety entailed. I ensure that all my clients are kept well informed throughout the transaction. I take a pragmatic and commercial approach and can add extra value for clients through my network in the industry.
Nicolas Barrington Peace
Background: I have over 40 years expertise in all aspects of property law and specialise in representing property developers and investors handling both residential and commercial transactions. I also deal with company and business sale and purchases. I joined Richards Solicitors in 2015 and qualified as a solicitor in 1976.

Background: I have an LLB (Hons) law degree and I completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Bloomsbury in March 2019. I worked as a paralegal while I was studying the Legal Practice Course and I have over 3 years experience in commercial and domestic conveyancing. I also have over 2 years experience in immigration law. I managed my own cases dealing with spouse visas and assisted with many Tier 1 Entrepreneur visas. I joined Richards Solicitors in January 2020 as a Property Paralegal and became a Trainee Solicitor in May 2020.

Background: Guluzar is a Solicitor in our Commercial and Residential Property team who qualified as a solicitor on 01 May 2018. She advises on all aspects of residential and commercial property, including the sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold property, new builds, leasehold enfranchisement, property refinance, commercial lease renewals and the sale/purchase of property at auction.
Prior to joining Richards in August 2020, Guluzar was a solicitor in Real Estate Finance working with Lenders in relation to financing mixed use, residential and commercial property assets including short‐term development finance.
Guluzar has a very loyal following of clients in the residential sector and has substantial experience in undertaking domestic conveyancing which very much compliments her vast commercial property and landlord and tenant work. She is known for her friendly and collaborative approach and is adept at working to tight deadlines.
